01-15-16 Notice/Forms mailed to members
Fellow Pilots,
As we announced last fall, the Delegate Election is coming up. We recently mailed the required notice for the nomination period, the nomination form, and Notices by Mail form to your address on file with the Local. All forms were required to be physically mailed to our members.
The Notices by Mail form must be returned to the Local if you would like to receive future Delegate Election notices by US Mail, in addition to required blast e-mails and posts on www.local357.org.
Delegate Election material is accessible from our website (About us-->Teamsters International-->2016 Delegate Election). Member access is not required to review most of the information posted. However, logging in is required to access some information that was sent to members.
Members who wish verify their eligibility to run, nominate or second someone for this election must make the request through the IBT Office of the Election Supervisor (NOT THE LOCAL) no later than February 11, 2016.
