Teamsters Local No. 357 Implements Phase 1 of Membership Management System
Carmel, IN. – Teamsters Local Union No. 357 today announced the completion of phase 1 of the UnionOS – powered by Union.dev, membership management system. Phase 1 included a complete rebranding and redesign of Local 357’s public web site. Phases 2 and 3 will include an all new “Members Only” portal, new email and SMS communication system, new grievance management system, new member enrollment process, and member contact management system. Teamsters Local 357 selected the UnionOS platform – powered by Union.dev as the local’s new complete CRM system.
UnionOS will handle the day-to-day administrative functions of Local 357 and in tandem with a new, modern member portal, will improve member communications and the accuracy of member data. Phases 2 and 3 will launch in the coming months.
Anthony Campo, President of Local 357 said, “Prior to selecting UnionOS as our CRM system, we operated with no fewer than four in-house developed systems that handled a wide range of functions. Faced with costly development enhancements, Local 357 selected UnionOS to not only replace our in-house developed systems but also added capabilities that we lacked, such as SMS text communications with our membership. Having one cloud based system to manage our local is a key part of our goal of increasing member engagement and communication.”
Union.dev is proud to support Local 357’s digital transformation journey. By rolling out UnionOS in phases, the transition will reduce administrative burden, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall member experience. The fully integrated platform will ensure members have easy access to critical resources while streamlining internal workflows for union leadership. "We are excited to continue working with Local 357 to expand their member offerings and services throughout and beyond these initial three phases, ensuring they remain at the forefront of digital union management. Member feedback is crucial in the rollout of the 3 phased approach as it helps us shape your experience as a union member and our software for the future. " said Kevin Ansems from Union.dev.
